The rules of handling cyber information and safe work with computer equipment were discussed by the representatives of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine during a three-day cyber hygiene training.
Anna Makarynska, a cadet of the faculty of training specialists for the criminal police units of the DonSUIA, and Daniil Bezvolenko, a cadet of the faculty of training specialists for the units of the National Police of the KrRESI DonSUIA, familiarized themselves with the main provisions, terms, and legal framework in the field of cyber and information security.
They practiced the skills of determining cyber security measures in the conditions of a specific situation, learned how to organize safe access to devices and programs and critically assess the information.
The training took place within the framework of implementing the joint project of the OSCE and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Intensification of the national partners’ capabilities to strengthen cyber resilience”.
