Structure

Currently, the university’s structure consists of:
• 2 Educational and Research Institutes:
– The Educational and Research Institute for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units named after E.O. Didorenko;
– The Educational and Research Institute of Law and Social Management;
• 1 Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning;
• 1 Center for Initial Professional Training:
– The Mariupol Primary Vocational Training Center “Police Academy”, including a Driving School;
• 2 Faculties (Police):
– The Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine;
– The Faculty for Training Specialists for Preventive Activity Units of the National Police of Ukraine;
• 3 Research Laboratories;
– Research Laboratory on Communities’ Public Security;
– Research Laboratory on Crime Prevention;
– Research Laboratory on Problematic Issues of Law Enforcement.
• 15 Departments;
• 27 Administrative Units;
• 1 Lyceum Specializing in Security and National-Patriotic Education (Kryvyi Rih).
Since its founding, this institution of higher education has trained and graduated more than 152,000 specialists for departments of the internal affairs agencies, the National Police of Ukraine, and legal institutions.
