Rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, police colonel Serhii Vitvitskyi took part in citywide events on the occasion of the National Flag Day of Ukraine.
Together with the authorities of the Kirovograd region and the city of Kropyvnytskyi, law enforcement bodies, the military, veterans, members of the families of defenders, he laid flowers to the Eternal Flame at the Memorial Complex “Fortress Ramparts” and joined the ceremony of raising the biggest symbol of Ukrainian statehood of the region.
DonSUIA cadets lined up in the honor guard on the Walk of Fame and together with the community honored the memory of the fallen heroes who gave their lives for the integrity and sovereignty of independent Ukraine.
