The general library of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs was replenished with 150 copies of the educational and methodological manual “Modern technical and forensic means of proof in criminal proceedings”.
Its authors are: deputy director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine – head of the Department of Science, Innovations and Sports, Yehor Nazymko, and Artem Kovalenko, senior researcher of the research laboratory of public security of communities of the faculty of training specialists for the preventive activity units in the DonSUIA.
The educational and methodological manual contains the main theoretical provisions and recommendations on teaching methodology of the optional educational course “Modern technical and forensic means of proof in criminal proceedings”. It contains the structure and the program of the course, a synopsis of its lectures, and the main provisions of the themes. It also contains recommendations for practical tasks and independent work, assessment questions and information on the procedure for assessing the knowledge gained as a result of mastering the course.
The publication is intended for cadets, students of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and may be useful for students of other legal higher education institutions, postgraduates, doctoral students, law enforcement officers, lawyers and judges.
The manual was issued within the framework of the international project “Support of the displaced Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs”, which is implemented with the assistance of the European Union.
