The DonSUIA held the 2nd International Legal Contest of scientific articles among higher education seekers. Its purpose was creating conditions for the development of the intellectual potential of talented young people, supporting scientific and creative activity, stimulating innovative activities of those who study and mastering modern technologies.
The event was organized by: the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation. The organizing committee of the contest received 41 scientific articles from 20 higher education institutions. After assessing the sent works by the contest jury, 17 scientific articles were admitted to participate in the final scientific and practical conference, which took place on October, 9.
The event was opened by first vice-rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor Yehor Nazymko.
At the conference the higher education seekers presented their scientific articles and the contest winners were announced:
1st place was won by a cadet of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Kira Buts.
2nd place – by a student of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, Sofia Kulidzhanova.
3rd place went to: a student of the Odessa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov Diana Kozynska, a cadet of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Andrii Synzherian, a student of the Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko Yaryna Stefanyshyn, a student of the Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, Orest Tryfonov.
