Head of the Department of Civil, Labor and Social Security Law of the Faculty of Law, Management and Economic Security of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor Tetiana Koliesnik and Doctor of Law, Professor Mykola Klemparskyi took part in the XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Actual problems of labor and social security law”.
Within the framework of the project “Support for the Displaced Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs”, which is being implemented with the financial assistance of the European Union, the DonSUIA scientists joined a discussion on actual problems of day.
Particular attention was paid to changes in the current legislation regarding working time and rest, and the employer’s responsibility for creating proper and safe working conditions during martial law.
The event was held on the occasion of the 220th anniversary of the National Law University named after Yaroslav Mudryi.
