Higher education seekers of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs took part in the National Competition «CYBER SECURITY CAMP», which brought together the best young cybersecurity specialists from all over Ukraine.
The organizers of the initiative were: the Binance cryptocurrency exchange in partnership with the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the «Brama» project.
According to the results of all rounds, Ilia Pilipenko, a cadet of the faculty of training specialists for preventive activity units, confirmed his competence in the field of cybersecurity and entered the top 30 winners. He also participated in an offline course on the basics of cybersecurity, crypto protection, and media hygiene.
«The DonSUIA higher education seekers constantly demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skills in the field of IT at competitions of different levels and at scientific conferences. Participation in such competitions contributes to the development of their practical competencies, professional growth and self-improvement», admitted Olga Lunhol, a teacher of IT disciplines, associate professor of the department of operational and investigative activities and information security of the DonSUIA.
