A camp gathering for freshmen goes on in the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. In order to unite the team and test future cadets for strength and endurance, competitions in tug of war and classical volleyball were held within the University sports festival.
6 teams of 8 persons from each training platoon competed in the tug of war for the title of the strongest. According to the results of the competition, the first and second places were won by higher education seekers of 102 and 101 training platoons of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies. Bronze awards were won by 103 training platoon of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units.
Competitions in classical volleyball took place in a specially equipped updated gym of the University, which allowed athletes to demonstrate all their capabilities.
According to the results, the first and third places are won by freshmen of 102 and 101 training platoons of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies. “Silver” medals were won by the team of 106 training platoon of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units.
Winners and prize-winners of the competition were awarded with cups and certificates of honor of the DonSUIA sports club “Defender”.
