A Ukrainian economist, scientist, public figure and head of the committee of economists of Ukraine Andrii Novak delivered a lecture on “How to raise Ukrainian economy after our Victory” for higher education seekers of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
He explained young people what Ukrainian Marshall Plan should be like, taking as an example the program of economic assistance to European states in their recovery after the Second World War.
The speaker also presented a three-functional economic model of Ukraine based on the interaction of the main economic functions (production, exchange, distribution). He analyzed the state of each of them and determined the prospects for their development.
The participants of the meeting discussed: a post-war reconstruction of Ukraine; the choice of an economic model and prospects for the national economy development.
In the course of lively discussion, Andrii Novak answered all the students’ questions and thanked them for their feedback.
