Yevhen Zavhorodnii, a judge of the Kirovskyi district court of Kropyvnytskyi, told higher education seekers of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units about the general procedure and stages of judicial review of criminal proceedings. He gave examples from his own judicial practice and emphasized the peculiarities of examining evidence in court. The speaker talked about the novelties of the criminal procedural legislation regarding the conduct of the trial in the martial law conditions.
