The DonSUIA higher education seekers took part in the debate “Observance of human rights and freedoms under martial law: challenges and prospects”.
The panelists determined when and under what conditions representatives of law enforcement agencies and courts can limit the freedom of speech in order to protect national security and territorial integrity of the country.
“A person, his\her life and health, honor and dignity, integrity and security are recognized as the highest social value in Ukraine. Therefore, the issue of legal protection during martial law is urgent,” said the moderator of the event, cadet Alina Symonenko.
