The aim of the UNDP representatives in Ukraine Jan Pejril and Dmytro Kurochka was a monitoring visit regarding finalizing package changes which are necessary for the further realization of the project “Support to displaced higher education institutions in the East of Ukraine” familiarization with the material and technical base of the university and developments in the project “Educational Open Space for Students and Community” (EDUSPACE).
Rector Serhii Vitvitskyi acquainted the guests with the history of the University and its relocation. Special attention was paid to the staff which is a driving force in the University’s development.
During the second part of the meeting, the first vice-rector Yehor Nazymko demonstrated specialized classrooms which were equipped due to the common efforts and international partners’ help. The vice-rector Serhii Hermanov showed material and technical base and presented the current state of the project “Educational Open Space for Students and Community” (EDUSPACE) implementation.
