Acquisition of practical skills by higher education seekers is an important component of the educational process in the DonSUIA.
A binary class for cadets “Tactics of inspecting the site of event” was conducted by Serhii Golovkin, associate professor of police activity department of the faculty of training specialists for police units and Serhii Kobyk, a forensic specialist of forensic support department of the ID MONP in the Kirovohrad region.
The training took place at specialized locations “Place of Ammunition Remains” and “Place of Mass Burial”.
In accordance with the suppositive task, future investigators worked out the methods of: prompt response to a particularly serious crime; conducting an inspection of the site of event using forensic techniques and special means; removing crime traces and material evidence; drawing up procedural documents.
The participants of the event noted that the workshop helped them improve team interaction and practice making well-balanced and tactically correct decisions.
