On February 22, the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs held a round table meeting “Self-care development of the user of the interactive book set “Confidence resources. Transformations”. Practical crisis psychologist, head of the department of extremal and crisis psychology (on a voluntary basis) Andrii Fomenko presented his book.
The publication helps when working with stress and its physical and psychological manifestations. It is aimed at the military and volunteers, but it will be useful for anyone who feels burned out or needs additional formulas to find a resource of confidence.
The author noted that the interactive book is intended for people who are trying to understand themselves and who suffered from the war. It is designed to cover a large number of requests of those who have lost the loved ones, internally displaced persons, the military and civilians. The interactive set allows you to work with yourself before contacting a psychologist.
The participants of the round table also discussed the issue of consolidating the efforts of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Emergency Services, medical institutions, public organizations and charitable foundations in the field of supporting and preserving mental health.
The co-organizers of the meeting were the department of extremal and crisis psychology (on a voluntary basis) and the department of social and humanitarian disciplines of the DonSUIA .
