The author’s team, consisting of scientific and pedagogical staffers of the faculty of training specialists for police units, prepared a practical manual “Investigation of collaborative activities”. It will help to avoid typical investigative mistakes in the process of investigating criminal offenses provided for by Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It will also teach how to correctly classify this criminal offense; suggest you which investigative (search) and procedural actions should be carried out in the specified category of criminal proceedings. The manual will make it possible to find out the specifics of the investigation of collaborative activities that arise in the conditions of martial law.
The practical manual is intended for the staffers of law enforcement bodies and the prosecutor’s office, judges, higher education seekers, as well as anyone who is interested in modern problems of investigating criminal offenses.
