Representatives of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs acted as co-organizers of the VI All-Ukrainian open scientific and practical online forum “Innovative transformations in modern education: challenges, realities, strategies”, which was held at the National Center “Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.
Its purpose is to discuss topical issues of innovative technologies transformation in educational institutions of various levels in today’s conditions.
More than 1,000 participants took part in the event: doctors of science, candidates of science, post graduate students, the teaching staff of secondary education institutions and vocational secondary education institutions, scientific and teaching staff of higher education institutions, as well as the participants from Florida, the USA, the Republic of Poland, and Israel.
The forum was opened by President of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Stanislav Dovhyi. He emphasized the importance of innovation transformations in the educational environment of Ukraine for the introduction of digital and STEM technologies.
The DonSUIA rector, doctor of Law, professor Serhii Vitvitskyi addressed the audience with a welcome speech: “Implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process, integration of modern technologies, operation and development of new centers is a fundamental instrument for the formation of soft skills in learners.”
The following wished the delegates fruitful discussions and effective solution on topical issues: People’s Deputy of Ukraine, deputy chairman of the committee on education, science and innovation Serhii Koleboshyn; vice-rector for scientific work of Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Hryhorii Torbin, director of the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, professor of the department of administrative, financial and information Law of the Uzhhorod National University, doctor of Law, professor Mykhailo Vikhliaiev.
The forum participants presented their own experience regarding:
– assets of innovative development of education: technologies, methods, resources; digitization of education on the basis of STEM in conditions of European integration;
– information and digital environments of educational institutions: transformation, security, influence of AI;
– soft skills of the 21st century: what employers value most of all;
– introduction of scientific education into Ukrainian educational space: foreign and domestic experience, prospects;
– trendwatching of the labor market in the system of training and professional development of specialists in conditions of Ukraine’s post-war recovery, etc.
The VI All-Ukrainian open scientific and practical online forum was distinguished by active reports, lively discussions at sectional panels and the leading scientists outlining further fields of work in accordance with today’s requirements.
