Students of the «Community Police Officers» specialization courses of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs joined a charitable initiative in support of the rifle battalion of the Main Office of the National Police in the Kirovohrad region.
Through joint efforts, police officers purchased a portable charging station and will become a reliable source of power for equipment and communication devices while performing the tasks of the service.
The transfer procedure was attended by director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Correspondence Studies of our University, Pylyp Yepryntsev, deputy head of the Main Office of the National Police in the Kirovohrad region, police colonel Artem Soltan, deputy commander of the special police battalion «Striletskyi» of the Main Office of the National Police in the Kirovohrad region, police major Vitalii Khomenko, and senior inspector of the personnel department of that battalion, police private Larysa Kaminska.
The guests thanked the police for their support of Ukrainian defenders, noting it as a contribution to the joint victory and the future of the country.
