In today’s conditions, Ukraine needs highly qualified specialists who can quickly adapt to the challenges of practical activity.
The Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs systematically implements procedures and measures to ensure the quality of educational activities. Thus, within the framework of fruitful cooperation with stakeholders, the University implements the project of the permanent platform “Edu_DonSUIA_Campus: partnership and responsibility of stakeholders in police training”.
Within the scope of the project, working meetings of the personnel of the University faculties with the heads of specialized departments of the HONP in the Kirovohrad region were held in the DonSUIA. The participants of the meetings discussed the work specifics of the units of preventive activities and criminal police, the need for further extracurricular practice of cadets in the practical units of the HONP in the Kirovohrad region.
Deputy head of the National Police Service in the Kirovohrad region, police major Oleksandr Sagal, and head of the Department of Preventive Activities, police colonel Volodymyr Kaliadt, held a meeting with cadets of the faculty of training specialists for preventive activities units.
They raised the issue of the specifics of preventive activity units service in wartime and other special conditions. Attention was also focused on the physical and psychological readiness of police officers to perform their duties.
Higher education seekers of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units met with head of the Criminal Investigation department of the HONP in the Kirovohrad region, police lieutenant colonel Yurii Derevianchenko. He talked about new approaches and methods in search for offenders, the algorithms of interaction between police units.
Yurii Derevianchenko gave examples of real criminal cases and informed about the specifics of operational and investigative actions. He focused on the knowledge and skills that are the basis of efficient investigative activity.
