A meeting of a commission on supporting young scientists of the region was held in the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration. The event was attended by: first deputy chairman of the Kirovohrad regional council Yurii Semeniuk, deputy head of the Kirovohrad RMA Kateryna Koltunova, director of the department of education and science Elza Leshchenko.
“Every year, we recognize the best young scientists who contribute to the development of actual scientific problems which are of practical importance for socio-economic and/or cultural development of the Kirovohrad region,” Kateryna Koltunova noted.
According to the commission decision, head of the department of criminal procedure and forensics of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units of the DonSUIA, Ph.D. in specialty 081 “Law”, police captain Andrii Krushenytskyi won the second prize.
Vladyslav Mishustin, the DonSUIA 2nd year adjunct senior police lieutenant, was awarded a scholarship for post graduates from the regional state administration and the regional council.
