The International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine provided the next batch of assistance in the form of 10 tactical medical backpacks to the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. They consist of bandages, blood-stopping remedies, medical instruments of the first necessity, and means for survival in extreme conditions.
One such backpack can save 10 lives and provide quality emergency medical assistance in case of need. The tactical medical backpacks will be used in the educational process at the University, during premedical training of cadets and students.
