Judges of local common plea courts and judges’ assistants of local common plea courts and courts of appeal took part in the event. In total, more than 250 participants joined the online seminar. The organizer of the event was the Dnipro Regional Branch of the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
Mykola Veselov, doctor of law, professor of the department of state and legal disciplines of the faculty of training specialists in law and law enforcement attended the event as a speaker from the DonSUIA. In his report, he highlighted certain issues of legal qualification and peculiarities of court proceedings on administrative offenses under Art. 130 of the CUAO (Driving vehicles or vessels by persons who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication or those under the influence of drugs that reduce their attention and quickness of reaction).
Director of the Dnipro regional branch of the National School of Judges of Ukraine, a retired judge, candidate of legal sciences, honored lawyer of Ukraine, Volodymyr Poplavskyi noted: “Professor Mykola Veselov has already become a regular guest at the events on improving the qualifications of court staffers and at a high professional level highlights various aspects of the institute of administrative responsibility “.
