A specialized educational facility “Courtroom” is being equipped at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. With the assistance of the European Union Advisory Mission.
The purpose of the project is to provide training sessions for future lawyers in the form of a quest in the area of modulating the judicial process; familiarizing cadets with judicial practice; and improving the skills of drafting criminal procedural documents, which are drawn up during court proceedings; changes in permanent stereotypes in the organization of classes and working out elements of practical work due to the simulation of future professional police activity and modeling typical situations.
Inna Sofiienko, an expert on administrative issues from the European Union Advisory Mission visited the University within the framework of its implementation.
She met with rector of the University Serhii Vitvitskyi, first vice-rector Yehor Nazymko, vice-rector Olena Volobuieva and head of the international cooperation unit Viktoriia Moskalenko.
During the visit Inna Sofiienko delivered the DonSUIA furniture for the special facility and discussed the areas of further cooperation between the University and EUAM .
