28 higher education seekers from the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs took part in the charity event «Donate Blood – Save a Life».
Blood and its components were collected at the municipal non-profit enterprise «Kirovohrad Regional Blood Transfusion Station of the Kirovohrad Regional Council».
Deputy head of the donor recruitment department Vadym Chernyshov admitted that the collected blood will be used to provide medical assistance to soldiers wounded on the front line, as well as civilians injured in front-line areas.
The cadets transferred the monetary compensation provided for by the Law of Ukraine «On Donation of Blood and Its Components» to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
