Ruslan Yarysh, a second-year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for the National Police Unit of the KRESI DonSUIA being on leave was walking down the street in the evening and noticed a man who suddenly lost consciousness and fell on the sidewalk.
Having a high level of pre-medical training, the cadet didn’t get lost and immediately began rescue operations, effectively and successfully did: an initial examination of the victim, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and called an ambulance. Before the ambulance arrived, the victim started breathing, the boy “started” the man’s heart.
During the work of resuscitators, the cadet professionally assisted them in resuscitation actions. Due to the competent and consistent actions of the cadet, the victim’s life was saved. The ambulance took the victim to the hospital
