Higher education seekers of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and instructors and listeners of the Mariupol primary professional training center “Police Academy” of the DonSUIA took part in a sports and recreational event “Active parks – Kropyvnytskyi race”. In total, more than 200 townspeople came to the start.
The event took place within the framework of an All-Ukrainian program of the President of Ukraine “Active Parks”. Its purpose is to popularize a healthy lifestyle and improve mental health of the population.
The competition was organized by the State Institution “All-Ukrainian Center for Physical Health of the Population “Sports for All” with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
Ernest Saribekian, a cadet of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units, and the academy listener Vita Golovina became silver winner of the 2 km competition . Oleksandr Stasenko, an instructor in special disciplines at the “Police Academy” of the DonSUIA, won the 3rd place.
The winners and participants of the race received medals, certificates and souvenirs from the organizers.
