The acquired and improved professional competencies of cadets are being assessed by members of commissions, which include scientific and pedagogical staffers of the DonSUIA departments and representatives of practical units of the National Police.
The internship defense takes place in two stages: a theoretical and a practical one, the latter in the format of a police quest.
According to the detailed training plots, the cadets demonstrate skills of conducting specific investigative (detective) and operational-detective actions, collecting and analyzing information about a person from open information sources, planning a pre-trial investigation; an algorithm for working with persons under administrative supervision, victims of domestic violence and their abusers as well as children who are delinquent, weapon owners, violators of public security and order, etc.
Members of commissions admitted high level of the DonSUIA graduates’ acquired competencies and their readiness for real challenges in professional activities under the legal regime of martial law.
