Students of the Mariupol Primary Vocational Training Center “Police Academy” of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs visited the SES training center. They got acquainted with the specifics of rescuers’ work and took part in training.
Police officers were trained in basic techniques of rescuing people during dangerous situations, including the use of special equipment. They received knowledge on the basic principles of fire safety, and also tried their hand at extinguishing conditional fires. The participants also worked out tactical actions in emergency situations.
The students noted that practical training allowed them to better understand how to act in extreme conditions, and laid the foundation for effective interaction with rescuers in the line of duty.
