The University team gathered in the assembly halls in Kropyvnytskyi and Kryvyi Rih on the occasion of the 63-d anniversary of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. The event began with the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine and a minute of silence in memory of those who died during the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Honored guests came to congratulate the University on its anniversary and to recognize the best staffers and higher education seekers, among them: Chairman of the Kirovohrad Regional Council Yurii Drozd, Deputy Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Kateryna Koltunova, Deputy Mayor of Kropyvnytskyi for the activities of the council’s executive bodies Oleksandr Mosin, head of the main department of the National Police in the Kirovohrad region colonel Roman Koziakov, director of education and science deparment of the Kirovohrad regional military administration Elza Leshchenko.
Rector of the DonSUIA, Serhii Vitvitsky, addressed the audience. He thanked the University staff for their coordinated work and high professionalism on the way to development and improvement: “Our cadets and students is a young soul of our University. Due to the fruitful work of the team and with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regional and local authorities, we have high indicators and I am proud of each of our staffers. Happy birthday, University team!”
