The training has been dedicated to uniting the cadets’ team, establishing cooperation and support within the platoons. Psychologists helped higher education seekers of the DonSUIA to get to know each other better. The event has taken place in two locations – in Kropyvnytskyi and Kryvyi Rih.
The coaches organized exercises that helped first-year students remember names and create associations, learn their strengths and weaknesses, learn to rely on their friends, express their own opinion, avoid conflicts, respect and support each other.
In the course of work, the participants followed the “Here and now” rule. In this way, they were able to discuss current issues important to them at the moment. And they also promised that all the disclosed information remains between them and will not be shared with public.
The psychologists will be able to assess the results of the conducted program during their next meeting with the first-year students.
