At the regular meeting of the University Academic Council, listening to the report of the University first vice-rector “On the state of scientific work of the University higher education seekers and measures to improve it” was of the first priority.
Members of the Academic Council discussed the issues “On the results of work of school for improving pedagogical skills in 2024/2025” and “On approving educational programs and training curricula (by specialty) for the DonSUIA higher education seekers of the 2025 intake.”
The participants of the meeting also approved the following: on awarding the academic title of “associate professor” in the department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines; holding a contest to fill vacant positions of the DonSUIA scientific and pedagogical staff and concluding relevant contracts with them; forming one-time specialized academic councils for the defense of dissertations; admission to take certification in a distance learning format for a full-time student of faculty No. 4 of the DonSUIA.
Members of the Academic Council recommended for publication: scientific and practical recommendations “Formation of scientific and research competencies of higher education seekers for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of law enforcement activities”; collection of materials of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current issues of training specialists for the security and defense sector in wartime” (Kropyvnytskyi, April 17, 2025); collection of materials of the III International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Current Aspects of STEAM Education Development in Conditions of European Integration” (Kropyvnytskyi, April 24, 2025).
