An on-site binary class in educational disciplines “Criminal Process” and “Forensics” was held in the format of a police quest for cadets of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
At special locations, the participants worked out the algorithm for conducting an inspection of the place of artillery shelling and a discovery of an unidentified corpse, organizing the interaction of pre-trial investigation bodies and other involved units.
The higher education seekers tried themselves in the role of investigators and forensic specialists: they drew up relevant procedural documents and excluded traces of a committed criminal offense.
During the training, the police officers used forensic equipment, which is applied by investigators and specialists to carry out primary actions at the scene of the event.
The event was organized by the department of criminal procedure and forensics of the DonSUIA.
