The Institute of Postgraduate Education and Correspondence Studies of the DonSUIA continues to systematically improve the skills of Ukrainian police officers. This time, employees of response units of the patrol police of the Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions focused on updating their professional arsenal, to act as effectively as possible in the face of modern challenges.
During the training, the participants updated their knowledge of current legislation, deepened their understanding of public security and order issues, improved their algorithms for responding to offenses, and improved their communication skills with citizens with respect to human rights.
Particular attention was paid to psychological training: police officers learned how to provide primary psychological assistance to citizens in stressful situations, and also strengthened their own psychological resilience.They also practiced the actions of law enforcement officers under martial law, considering security risks and the need for quick, balanced decisions.
Following the training, 24 police officers received certificates confirming their high professional level and readiness to perform their duties at a new qualitative level.
