The jury of the All-Ukrainian contest of scientific articles in public law for postgraduate students, organized by the Research Institute of Public Law together with the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, has determined the winners. The event brought together young scientists from different regions of Ukraine who are studying current problems of legal regulation of public relations.
Denis Sokolovskyi, the DonSUIA postgraduate student of the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine, took the 3rd place. His scientific article “Administrative and legal regime of production and sale of solar electricity in Ukraine” was highly appreciated by the jury for its scientific novelty, practical significance, and systematic approach to the analysis of legal support for the development of “green” energy.
The scientific supervision of the research was carried out by Artem Sakhno, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher, Head of the Department of Tactical and Special Training and Personal Security.
This achievement is not only a personal result of the postgraduate student, but it also confirms the high level of training researchers at the DonSUIA, who confidently represent their University in the scientific space of Ukraine.
