A meeting was held at the Yevhen Malanyuk Kirovohrad Regional Library for Young People, dedicated to supporting male and female veterans, their education, professional development and employment, with the participation of experts from Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
The event was attended by Tetyana Kolesnik, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Social Management at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs; Halyna Izotova, Head of the Career Guidance Department; Dmytro Dehtiar, a leading specialist in the department; and Olena Guzenko, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Public Administration.
The university’s experts presented the opportunities available for the 2026 admissions campaign, spoke about the accessible learning environment, current degree programmes and preferential admission terms for veterans and combatants.
They also familiarised those present with the educational programmes, opportunities for professional development, current vacancies at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, and the conditions for employment and professional integration.
