On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, events which brought together representatives of state authorities and local governments, law enforcement bodes, clergy, scientific community, the public and youth were held in Kropyvnytskyi.
The event was attended by Rector of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Serhii Vitvitskyi, and the University higher education seekers.
The participants of the event laid flowers at the monument to Volodymyr Vynnychenko, performed the National Anthem of Ukraine, and honored the Fundamental Law of the state, symbolically emphasizing its contribution to the formation of Ukrainian statehood and the development of political thought.
