As part of implementing the international project ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE, aimed at introducing European standards of compliance management into higher education in Ukraine, a regular class in the elective discipline «Compliance-Security of Business Entities» was held for masters at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
The lecture was given by the DonSUIA specialists – Doctor of Law, Senior Researcher Tetiana Ponomareva and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Ohga Haponiuk, as well as project manager, research associate at the Business School of the University of Applied Sciences (Wismar, Germany), Doctor of Sciences Anna Fomenko.
At the beginning of the meeting, Anna Fomenko conducted an expert assessment of the quality of teaching the discipline and its methodological support, told the higher education seekers about the goal and key objectives of the project, emphasizing the importance of implementing the principles of compliance management in the higher education system and the activities of business entities.
During the training, the participants were familiarized with the content of economic competition and the specifics of conducting compliance investigations in the field of economic activity.
