On March, 26, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs was held.
First, those present listened to the report made by head of the educational and methodological department on the results of internships and certification taken by the DonSUIA full-time higher education seekers studying under the state order.
Members of the Academic Council considered the following issues: on approving candidates from among the permanent staff of the DonSUIA for the award of the badge «For a significant contribution to the development of the University»; on awarding a valuable gift and adding a photo on the DonSUIA Board of Honor; on approving candidates from among the University cadets and students for an incentive in the form of adding a photo on the University Board of Honor; on considering and approving amendments to the Regulations of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs and on approving a short-term advanced training program «Improving the level of the state language proficiency»; on approving the dissertation theme for the degree of Doctor of Law; on appointing reviewers for the preliminary expertise of the prepared dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law; on approving the Rules for admission to obtain higher education at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs in 2025; on the formation of one-time specialized academic councils; on expanding paid services provided by the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs in the field of: «Organization of a conference» and «Editing of scientific, reference, educational and methodological works».
The meeting participants recommended the following periodicals for publication a scientific journal «Central Ukrainian Journal of Law and Public Management» No. 1 (9) 2025; a collection of materials of the VIII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Cadet (Student) Conference in Foreign Languages «Law Enforcement Bodies Protecting Law, Order and Constitutional Freedoms in Conditions of Peace and Martial Law» (Kropyvnytskyi, February 28, 2025).
