Upshift projects implemented at the University:

1. “Cybercentre_bot” project. The project aims to inform the public about the emergence of new cybercriminals, help victims of cybercrimes, provide information on self-protection on the Internet and resist cybercriminals.
2. “Legal educational space “FEMIDA” project. It is the place for round table organization, and thematic meetings on topical legal issues with the participation of students and cadets, the aim of the project is to provide legal advice for the representatives of the community.
3. “Safe Space ”project. The room is equipped for the possibility of harmonization and relaxation after overwork, stress relief and the possibility of staying alone, meeting with like-minded people. The aim of the project is with the help of open events with the youth of the community to raise the socialization in the new city of those cadets who as a result of Russian aggression lost full communication with their families.
4. ”Infocops” project. The aim of the project is to give the participants the possibility of learning the principles of working out materials on information security issues for the parents of teenagers and their teachers. “Cyberbullying: the danger of the virtual world” video has been created as a result.
5. “GYM” project. A sports ground “GYM” equipped with turnstiles, parallel bars, and an arm-wrestling simulator has been created on the basis of the University. The aim of the project is to give the students of the DonSUIA the possibility of spending their free time with health benefits.
6. “Law Clinic “Legal Protection” project. It provides legal assistance to the population in remote from the regional center areas. The main focus is made on the categories of internally displaced people and the families of the military men. The project aims to reach the widest possible number of people who need legal assistance to resolve legal issues arising from the war.
7. “Space of Help” project. This is the center functioning at the University round the clock. The aim of the project is to give the citizens the possibility of recharging their gadgets, use the Internet, get warm, and relax which is important in the condition of enemy shelling and the destruction of Ukraine’s energy system.
8. “Employment of youth in modern conditions, challenges and prospects ”project. The aim of the project is to facilitate the employment of young people in modern society, to coordinate the exchange of experience while the students are still studying, and to create a convenient offline platform for young people to communicate with employers. The project deals with the problem of the difficulties of young people’s employment in modern society. The problem has been relevant since the time Ukraine gained its independence, but actual changes are still not observed. With the help of the team and stakeholders, we plan to establish a certain connection between University students/graduates/high school students and potential employers on the labor market.
9. “Visadekada” project. The project aims to dispel the stereotypes towards employees of local self-government bodies, solving the problem of poor communication between the youth and local self-government bodies.
10. “Friends” project. The project aims to improve the quality of education and communication through the integration of modern methods of teaching foreign languages (English). Within the scope of the project, it is planned to create an English language course for students aged 10-13 and to develop “Maps of words” cards.
11. “ChessHUB” project. The aim of the project popularization of the game of chess among teenagers and young people by cooperation with the city of Kryvyi Rih authorities and the city media.
12. “Mental health space” project. The project is aimed at arrangement of space for IDPs’ adaptation and their mental health recovery. Conducting training and reflective-cognitive activities. Help in realizing their hobbies. An opportunity to do what a person loves.
13.  “DOPOMAGAY” project. This project aims to provide orphans, their guardians, other children who are going through a difficult period of life, with the knowledge and understanding of opportunities to achieve their own goals. The tasks are: conducting trainings, site creation, and creating a blog to learn about the rights and responsibilities.
