Students of the Mariupol Center for Initial Professional Training «Police Academy» of the DonSUIA, who are studying in the specialization «Educational Security Service», conducted an on-site practical class for students in grades 6–8.

ESS inspectors prepared three thematic locations for schoolchildren. During the class on mine and explosive safety, they familiarized children with the rules for handling suspicious and explosive objects, and also explained the algorithm of actions during an air raid alarm.
At the first aid location, the trainees told the students about the ways to stop critical bleeding, demonstrated the procedure for applying tourniquets, and provided an opportunity to practice these skills.
The forensic location aroused particular interest among the students. There the trainees introduced the children to special equipment, talked about the specifics of fingerprinting, and suggested that they took fingerprints themselves.
The ESS inspectors also conducted a preventive conversation about the criminal liability of minors. During the conversation, they explained the types of offenses, the age of liability, and the consequences of violating the law.
