Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Rector Assistant of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs Olha Kovaleva completed the fourth module of a specialized training course for scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and received an official certificate.
The educational initiative, organized with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine, was dedicated to a critically important aspect of modern law enforcement activities – organized crime and serious crime threat assessment (SOCTA).
During the training, the participants mastered modern risk analysis techniques, learned how to identify strategic priorities in the fight against crime and prepare high-quality analytical materials that meet international best practices.
DonSUIA scientists’ participation in international projects contributes to introducing European experience into the educational process of the University, strengthening cooperation with the EU and improving the quality of law enforcement training.
