Pupils and their parents gathered for the Open Day at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs in Kropyvnytskyi and Kryvyi Rih. Game locations, quests, excursions, and presentation of the University’s educational, scientific, and sports activities – the entrants were shown the advantages of DonSUIA.
Senior pupils of Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, and Cherkasy regions acquainted with the University with specific study conditions. An exhibition of special means and equipment of policemen, forensic equipment for solving various types of crimes was prepared for them, and tours of the premises of the university were conducted.
The eleventh-grader Anton Chornohorets from Oleksandrivka is planning to enter the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units. The boy registered for the pre-university training courses of DonSUIA and has already received a certificate of successful completion.
The guests inspected classrooms, special facilities, a shooting range, a bomb shelter, a library, a medical and sanitary unit, sports halls, cadet dormitories and a dining hall.
The University representatives presented the faculties and specialties, and the members of the admissions committee talked about the conditions for admission in 2023, and the prospects of studying at DonSUIA. Certificates were presented to the graduates of pre-university training courses.
“During the courses, I got to know the conditions of study at the University and learned about the specialty I have chosen. Highly professional lecturers increased my level of knowledge and prepared me for taking the National Multitest,” said the applicant.
Anton’s mother, Mrs. Tetiana, said that she was present at the Open Door Day for the third time and was once again convinced of the correctness of the choice regarding the institution of higher education where her son will study.
