The representatives of the professional orientation department of the DonSUIA under the leadership of Halyna Izotova conducted a focus group research “ Reach your dream together with the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs”.
This became possible thanks to the membership of the University in the group of higher education institutions that, under the Fulbright Program in Ukraine, participate in the expert consulting module “Ensuring the communicative capacity of displaced Ukrainian Universities: branding and communications with applicants.”
First-year students of the Faculty of Law, Management and Economic Security Specialist Training joined the research.
The members of the student focus group discussed issues related to the dreams and expectations of students on the way to mastering a profession. The participants also discussed the features and advantages of studying the specialties “Law”, “Economics”, “Law enforcement”, “Public management and administration”.
During the discussion, one of the main topics was the issue of holding events to highlight the image of DonSUIA.
The research results will be included in the Action Plan of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs for attracting applicants for 2023-2027.
