The Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs held a regular meeting of a discussion club on the theme “Children’s rights protection”.
The speakers of the event were representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM): police-community interaction advisers/trainers Georgina Magnussen (Denmark) and Heidi Kotamaki (Finland); adviser on reforming the prosecutor’s office Andrii Markov (Ukraine); law enforcement advisor Nataliia Altyntseva (Ukraine).
During the meeting, the delegates informed the higher education seekers about their practical experience of regulating the issues of children’s rights protection on the example of justice in Denmark, Switzerland and Greenland. They also conducted a foreign language mini-training “Family Quarrel. How to Act.”
The meeting of the club was organized by lecturers of foreign languages department of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation units of the DonSUIA in the language room equipped with the financial support of the European Union within the project “Support of the Relocated Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs”.
