The participants of the conference discussed topical issues of administrative law and process, the institution of administrative responsibility, peculiarities of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine bodies and units, the issue of ensuring public safety and order, implementation of human rights under martial law.
On behalf of the rector of DonSUIA Serhii Vitvitskyi, the all-Ukrainian scientific conference was opened by the first vice-rector of the University, doctor of Law, professor Yehor Nazymko. He admitted that “in the conditions of numerous reforms taking place in our country, research in the field of administrative law and process is gaining particular relevance. Changes in national legislation, socio-economic and political reforms in the country, as well as various kinds of restructuring of public administration bodies significantly affect the development of the modern doctrine of administrative law and process. There is no doubt that administrative and legal science is a scientific field that is developing most dynamically in today’s conditions. Involving young researchers in the development of science is a key element of creating a sustainable, innovative and developed society. Education, support of young researchers and organizing conditions for their creative development are of great importance for further progress of science and state-building processes.”
Chairman of the Young Scientists Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, professor of the Criminology Department of the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, chairman of the board of the NGO “International Development Foundation”, head of the “De mendacio veritas” group, doctor of legal sciences, professor Olesia Vashchuk, director of the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, doctor of Law, professor Mykhailo Vikhliaiev and chairman of the Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine Yevhen Kotorobai addressed the participants with congratulatory speeches.
The organizing committee of the conference received more than 70 abstracts of scientific reports from eighteen educational institutions of Ukraine.
Among the participants of the event are representatives of the National University of Law named after Yaroslav the Wise, the National Aviation University, the Kyiv University of Law of the NAS of Ukraine, the Kyiv University of Property and Law, the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, the State Tax University, the Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus, the Sumy State University, the Central Ukrainian State University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko, the Uzhhorod National University, the Ukrainian State University named after Mykhailo Drahomanov, the King Danylo University, all higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers, and a representative of the police academy.
The IX all-Ukrainian scientific conference of young scientists “Actual issues of administrative law and process” was organized by the teachers of the administrative and legal disciplines department of the faculty of training specialists for the units of preventive activity.
The DonSUIA administration thanks the participants for their meaningful reports, interesting discussions and expresses the hope that this annual event will become a platform for the development of relations between young scientists and councils of young scientists, for stimulating their professional activities, supporting scientific developments and research.
