A book and document exhibition titled «Light Through the Ages: 975 Years of Ukraine’s Spiritual Stronghold» was presented to first-year cadets at the General Library of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs (DonSUIA) as part of their field training camp.
The librarians showcased rare editions from special collections and guided the cadets through a historical overview, highlighting the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra’s centuries-long role in the development of Ukrainian book printing, education, culture, and spirituality.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Dmytro Chyzhevskyi Regional Universal Scientific Library.
