Deputy Director for Educational and Research Activities of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Social Management of the DonSUIA, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Bohdana Semenyshyna-Fihol, together with Deputy Head of the Kirovohrad RMA Kateryna Koltunova and Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Kirovohrad RMA Elsa Leshchenko, took part in the International Interdisciplinary Scientific Conference «The Future is Already Here. Poland – Ukraine – Europe: A New Paradigm», which took place at the University of Wroclaw (the Republic of Poland).
The event, timed to coincide with the opening of the Center for Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation at the University of Wrocław, became a platform for discussing challenges in the fields of education and science, the development of international partnerships, and the role of regional cooperation in the reconstruction and European integration of Ukraine.
During the visit, the Kirovohrad region delegation had an official meeting with the University’s rector, Robert Olkevych. The parties discussed the prospects for inter-university cooperation, expanding academic mobility, implementing joint research projects, and exchanging experience to form a single European educational space.
For her part, Bohdana Semenyshyna-Fihol familiarized in detail with European practices of organizing training and scientific activities for implementing them in the work of the DonSUIA. She paid special attention to the experience of Polish colleagues in carrying out mobility programs, internships, practical training, and participation of students and lecturers in international scientific events.
