Regular training of patrol police officers according to the professional advanced training program has been completed at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. The educational process was organized on the basis of the department of advanced training and specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Correspondence Studies of the University
The institute director, Pylyp Yepryntsev, addressed the students with a welcome speech: «The knowledge and practical skills you have gained will become a reliable basis for effective service, especially in conditions of martial law, when the responsibility of patrol officers for the safety of citizens increases significantly».
During the training, the officers of patrol police departments from the Kirovohrad, Poltava, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions mastered modern methods of service and increased their level of professional competence. The police officers also practiced algorithms for actions in typical and non-standard situations and studied in detail the current changes in legislation that regulate their activities under martial law.
As a result of the training, 23 patrol police officers received certificates of upgrading their qualification.
