The ACEEU 2025 International Forum on the theme “Higher Education Excellence in the 21st Century: Developing Synergy between Purpose, Strategy and Culture to Promote Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Impact” was held in Prague (Czech Republic)
The event brought together more than 150 representatives of the academic community, experts in education, business, and public sector from different countries of the world.
The Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs was represented by Yevhenia Drahomirova, who presented the “PsychoSafe Community” project, aimed at psychological support and educational reintegration of military personnel, police officers, rescuers and their family members. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the unit of international cooperation of the DonSUIA under the guidance of head of the department of psychology, sociology and pedagogy, Anzhela Helbak, and associate professor of the department, Halyna Mukhina.
The forum program included panel discussions on the role of Universities in the development of entrepreneurship and social innovations, workshops on the exchange of best practices in cooperation between Universities and communities, as well as festive ceremonies honoring the achievements of higher education institutions in the field of social impact.
According to the results of the contest, the PsychoSafe Community project won the first place among the finalists of the Triple E Awards 2025 in the Ukrainian Social Innovation and Engagement Award nomination.
The DonSUIA participation in the ACEEU 2025 forum confirms the high level of international recognition and efficiency of socially oriented projects implementation within the University’s activities.
