To mark the International Day of Women’s Rights and Peace, a concert was held at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs in which talented youth and the University lecturers participated.
On behalf of the University rector, Serhii Vitvitskyi, female representatives of the staff and female University cadets and students were congratulated by vice-rector Ruslan Vradii: “Women and girls are our source of inspiration and beauty, the driving force that contributes to the development of education, science, and society as a whole. I wish you happiness, love, and peace!”
The event was opened by the performance by the drummers’ group. Songs dedicated to female beauty, strength, and wisdom sounded from the stage, instilling faith and hope in the peaceful future of Ukraine.
The concert was a wonderful opportunity to express respect to all the women of the University, as well as to thank those who are fighting for the independence of our state today.
Sincere smiles and spring weather created a warm atmosphere in the assembly hall and caused cheerful emotions of those present.
A colorful rain of balloons became the climax of the holiday.
