On October,8 the results of the All-Ukrainian competition for scientific articles of postgraduate students in public law were announced. Oksana Pysmenska, an adjunct of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, took the first place for a scientific article “Depravation of minors: its modern state and peculiarities of criminal legal countermeasures” (scientific supervisor – rector of the DonSUIA, doctor of legal sciences, professor, honored lawyer of Ukraine Serhii Vitvitskyi) .
Andrii Borovyk, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, excellent teacher of education of Ukraine, vice-president for scientific work of the Research Institute of Public Law was the coordinator of the competition
The event was attended by: first vice-rector of the DonSUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor Yehor Nazymko and director of the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, Doctor of Law, Professor Mykhailo Vikhliaiev.
The All-Ukrainian competition of scientific articles of post-graduate students in public law was held in the following thematic areas:
– Theory and history of the state and law; history of political and legal studies.
– Constitutional law; municipal law.
– Land law; agrarian law; environmental law; natural resource law.
– Administrative law and process; financial law; information law.
– Criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law.
– Criminal process and criminalistics; forensic examination; investigative activity.
– Judiciary; prosecutor’s office and advocacy.
– International law.
